Elexon, supplier of operating systems to the wholesale electricity market, has taken 32,000 sf at a commencing rent of £48.50 ($78) per sf. And credit card issuer Capital One has taken 15,000 sf at a commencing rent of £46.50 ($75) per sf.
British Land's Chief Operating Officer, John Weston Smith said: "These lettings confirm our policy of providing West End occupiers with high quality, adaptable accommodation."
350 Regent's Place comprises 113,250 sf of offices and 16,750 sf of retail and storage. It is the latest phase in the development of British Land's 10.4acre Regent's Place complex where occupiers include Abbey National.
