Tony Principe of Westcord says Village Corporate Center is a two-story office building on 4.5 acres at 30101 Agoura Court. Tony Principe and Rich Principe, both of Westlake Village-based Westcord, represented the buyers, with Westcord's Kamal Banki negotiating for the seller, USA Petroleum.
The building is the former site of the Agoura Hills city hall and current home of the Las Virgenes Chamber of Commerce. Principe reports USA Petroleum has leased back 15,000 sf in the building as part of the transaction. The former city hall is 70% occupied, with Darryl Zilberstein and Cherie Honig of Westcord listing the remaining space.
Tony Principe says the new owners have started renovations, including the cosmetic upgrading of all common areas. He adds the property has been entitled for the development of another 32,000 sf of office space on a separate parcel.
