The industrial project is going up on nearly 22.7 acres, Steve Bellitti, Tom Taylor and Josh Hayes of Colliers Seeley International's Diamond Bar office, who brokered the land sale and are listing agents for the project.
The Opus South Chino development will consist of two industrial buildings of 229,182 sf and 271,435 sf at the southwest corner of Euclid and Kimball avenues. The buildings, due for completion by September, are flexible designs as single user or multi-tenant properties.
Construction also is scheduled to begin in this year's fourth quarter on another Opus project in Chino, the 411,000-sf Chino North development, which will go up at the corner of Mountain and Edison avenues. Opus is acting as general contractor for both projects, designed by Opus Architects & Engineers.
