Nearly 60% of the £876,000 initial rental income is secured on strong covenants with tenants including Booker; Baker Hughes; The UK Goivernment; Lloyds Pharmacy and Slough Borough Council.

Property Investment Holdings Managing Director Richard Waple said: "The purchase of the Westland Portfolio represents a significant acquisition for PIH and will greatly assist in the modernisation and expansion of our asset base."

The purchaser was advised by Vail Williams and King Sturge acted for the vendor.
