This newlocation represents an expansion for Rentacrate, the country's largestplastic crate and moving equipment rental company.
Finally, the company also completed the sale of the Royal OakManor Apartments in Royal Oak. Friedman's Barry Swatsenbarg,Mitchell Lipton and Randy Tarnow represented purchaser, Kirco Acquisition, in this sale transaction. Located on West 13 Mile Road near William Beaumont Hospital, the 40-unit complex is Kirco's first acquisition in the multifamily market. The hospital, which owned the property, previously used the garden-style development as housing for residents/administration.
