Woodruff has been a commercial real estate professional for 15 years. Before his stint at Grubb & Ellis, he was a senior manager in the real estate advisory service group of Arthur Andersen. Major clients he has represented include Cox Enterprises, General Motors, Metropolitan Life Insurance Co., Shaw Industries, Verizon Wireless and Weyerhaeuser.
Woodruff has a BS in industrial management from the Georgia Institute of Technology and is a member of the Corenet Global Real Estate Network.
