The village was 100% leased and occupied by a mix of national, regional and local tenants. They include Papa John's Pizza, Subway, Great Clips, United Check Cashing, Jackson Hewitt, Elite Nails & Tan and Colorado Laundries.
The two-building property is constructed with brick with wood accents.
The center will benefit from residential growth in the northeast communities of Gateway and Montbello, Hashimoto says. It also will benefit from the pending completion of the E-470 toll road and its proximity to the Denver International Airport, he says.
"The northeast submarket is seeing amazing growth and the new owners of the property should benefit greatly from this increase in residential activity," Hashimoto says.
Added Grooters: "The demand for a strong anchored retail center was needed in this marketplace and is currently pulling customers all the way from Green Valley Ranch, which is four miles to the east of the property.
