AAA Sign & Screen will move into the freestanding 10,640-sf building at 600 N. Scottsdale Rd. on the Tempe side of the line in April. The five-year lease is valued at close to $302,000.
"It's an excellent location right in the Tempe Town Lake area and below-market rate," Anthony Nocifera, with DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services tells GlobeSt.com. Nocifera said the property has been vacant for more than a year after Carefree Fashions, a clothing manufacturer, closed up shop. AAA Sign & Screen, currently located near Grand Avenue and Thomas Road in West Phoenix, opted to lease the building after searching for several months for a location near Tempe, he said.
Nocifera represented building owner, Graduate Restaurant, of San Luis Obispo, CA in the lease negotiations. The tenant was represented by Brad Buress with Cutler Commercial Real Estate.
