The sale of the 40,200-sf facility at 1800 Maple Rd., Troy, was handled by Joe Banyai and John Gordy of Signature. The two men brokered the deal on behalf of Maple Avenue L.L.C., who owned the building.

Signature has been awarded the exclusive leasing of Metro Commerce Center, 32500 Van Born Rd., Wayne, MI. The center, managed by Richmond Asset Management of Chicago, is a 500,000 sf, multi-tenant facility. The property has been 100% leased for more than 10 years, but with consolidations planned by two current tenants, up to 375,000 sf of warehouse space will become available in May. Gary Sallen is leasing agent for the facility.

Signature also has negotiated the lease of the 15,100 sf unit at 1901 Stephenson Hwy., Troy. Banyai represented the landlord, Kaliel Investments LLC, in the transaction.
