CNA International will relocate from neighboring Itasca for larger warehouse and distribution space at the Wood Dale property, which CalEast acquired from Cabot Industrial Trust last year. It includes more than eight acres. Trammell Crow Co. represented CalEast, a joint venture between LaSalle Investment Management and CalPERS. Lee & Associates represented CNA International, which got a $1-million loan from Bank One, according to property records.

The Franklin Park deal was financed by a $600,000 loan from Midwest Bank & Trust at 6.25%, according to property records. Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler Inc. principal Henry E. Mawicke, SIOR represented Northbrook-based The Huey Co. while Troy Realty president Hubert Cioromski represented Premier Produce Co., which was in the market for a site to relocate its distribution business.
