Meanwhile, a 4.5-acre parcel in the Mundelein Industrial Park on Tower Road has been sold for $600,000 to Rainbow Graphics, which plans to build new plant and relocate to central Lake County from northwest suburban Des Plaines. The site at 933 Tower Rd. was one of two remaining parcels within the industrial park.
Rainbow Graphics was represented by Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler Inc. senior associate David Liebman, while principal Henry E. Mawicke handled negotiations for Annaly Valley, NV.
