Most recently responsible for leasing and marketing Boston Properties' 4.5-million-sf Northern California portfolio, Victor will specialize in tenant and landlord representation for Cushman & Wakefield, focusing on Downtown San Francisco. Neither Victor nor C&W senior managing director Joe Cook were immediately available for comment on Wednesday morning on who Victor is replacing.
Victor's work with Boston Properties included leasing responsibility for Embarcadero Center, the landmark six-building mixed-use complex in San Francisco's Financial District. Prior to Boston Properties, Victor was with Pacific Property Services and prior to that with Cline and Edelen, where he also focused on leasing up Embarcadero Center. Victor has completed over 300 transactions at Embarcadero Center totaling nearly 3 million sf.
