Property Advisers Realty Inc. of Irving took over the complex at 830-850 Central Parkway in the past month from Dallas-based Tomlinson-Leis Corp. The largest office building, 35,582 sf, at 850 Central Parkway is 90% leased; the 16,191-sf tech product at 830 Central Parkway is 75% filled; and the 18,558-sf structure at 840 Central Parkway, 100% occupied.

The Property Advisers Realty team of Perry Jones and Glen Kirksey are assigned to the contract awarded by owner, Wenatchee Hotel LP of Wenatchee, WA. Kirksey tells GlobeSt.com that the half dozen renewals will be signed, sealed and delivered within a month for the 20-year-old buildings in the Plano/Richardson submarket. The details will come when the contracts are signed, he says.

The firm also took over leasing and management for Coppell's Magnolia Village, which is fully leased to medical and office users. Jerry Reis, Property Advisers Realty's president, is overseeing the property at 651 N. Denton Tap Rd.
