According to Tim Good and Eric Good of the Dunn Co., the property is a two-story, multi-tenant office building that is one of five in the Carnegie Centre Business Park. The MDG's newest acquisition, constructed in 1985, will be held for the long term, say the Goods, who represented the buyer.

The building is near the Orange County Airport and across the street from the former Tustin Marine Corps Helicopter Base, which is slated for major residential and commercial projects. Tim Good says that 7,000 sf of the office building was leased during escrow, bringing it close to 100% occupancy at the time of the closing. The Goods also coordinated the acquisition financing through Johnson Capital Group Inc. with Nomura Credit and Capital.

The seller was represented by Kaori Yamamoto of Apollo Investments and John Tsukahira of Total Investment. Steve Ehrich and John Allen of the Dunn's Premier Services Group assisted the Goods in the sale of the property.
