Sacramento, CA-based build-to-suit developer Panattoni has broken ground on a seventh building, a 495,000-sf speculative project at 1070 Windham Pkwy. The industrial park ultimately could include 12 buildings totaling 2.5 million sf, according to company plans.
Insignia/ESG director Jeffrey C. Fischer and assistant director Mark J. Moran represented Panattoni while managing director Brian B. Townsend represented USC Solutions. The tenant needed a Chicago location to serve clients that include Kraft Foods Inc., ConAgra Foods Inc. and Welch's, says USC Solutions Inc. Carl D. Luna.
