Harris Bank of Hinsdale provided a $2.4-million mortgage, property records indicate.

"What made Park Lawn Plaza a high-demand investment property is its location, 100% occupancy and it's well maintained with an attractive façade and landscaping," says DK Realty Partners, LLC principal Paul Demik.

The building is divided into 12 units, ranging from 800 to 4,315 sf, with parking for 104 vehicles. Built 16 years ago, the property was acquired by the previous owner in December 1998 for $1.86 million, according to property records, from Midland Life Insurance.

Meanwhile, Potbelly Sandwich Works has set up shop in 2,500 sf about four blocks away at Oak Lawn Town Center at 95th Street and 52nd Avenue. HSA Commercial Real Estate VP David Keady represented Potbelly, while Linda Bavone of Inland Commercial Property Management represented ownership of Oak Lawn Town Center.
