In unrelated West Loop office deals, Members Advantage Credit Union has leased 6,100 sf at 2 N. Riverside Plaza while Animation Technologies has signed a 3,420-sf sublease deal at 303 W. Madison St., taking over space formerly occupied by Metasolv Software Inc.
Staubach Co. managing principal John Musgjerd and associate Eric Antonini represented the credit union while Julia Renschen handled in-house negotiations for Equity Office Properties, which is headquartered at 2 N. Riverside Plaza. Staubach Co. SVP Dan Maslauski and associate Sean Reynolds represented Metasolv Software while principal Jim Kerrigan represented Animation Technologies.
