This 19,291-sf lease represents a consolidation of offices for Constellation. It was previously located at 535 Boylston St. and 530 Atlantic Ave. here.
Brokerage services in the sublease deal were provided to Constellation NewEnergy by Spaulding & Slye Colliers principal Debra Gould and assistant vice president Damian Szary. The 52-story, 1.2 million-sf building is owned by Boston Properties.
The renovation involved the demolition of the 28th floor space and the installation of new partitions, flooring, upgrades to the mechanical and electrical systems, high-end millwork for conference rooms and meeting areas, an Inergen Fire Suppression System, an electrical UPS System, and a cafeteria area.
Spaulding & Slye Colliers senior vice president Alfred M. Woods was the project executive for the interior construction project while senior construction manager Barrie Y. Ferraro served as the construction manager and assistant vice president Dan Donahue was the superintendent.
