The average room rate in February was $82.23, little changed from a year earlier, when the average room rate stood at $82.81.Year-to-date, the average occupancy rate is 52.5%, compared with 52.8% in the first two months of last year, while the average room rate is $81.17, compared with $81.14.
The report shows that the highest average hotel room rates were found Downtown, at $117.95. The hotel occupancy rate Downtown is 65.5%.
The Denver International Airport's average occupancy rate is 73.8%, while the average room rate is $76.41. Boulder's average room rate is $84.66, while it 's average occupancy rate stands at 51.3%.The northwest corridor along U.S. 36 is little different than Boulder, with a 51.3% occupancy rate and an $84.66 average room rate.
