The 60,000 sq. ft. building will serve as the corporate headquarters for the company, the country's 11th largest certified public accounting and management consulting firm.
Ronnisch will also provide design-build services for Koll Development, constructing office space for tenant DELMIA Corp. in its corporate center in Auburn Hills. DELMIA, which creates a comprehensive suite of digital 3d manufacturing solutions, leased 40,000 sq. ft. of office space in the Koll Corporate Center, which is owned by Koll Development.
