Working owners Mike and Ari Kourkoris wanted to sell the property because to focus on a moving and storage business they are involved in, Athan "Tom" Prakas, president/broker of The Prakas Group Inc. and the broker involved in the sale, tells GlobeSt.com. Prakas represented Schneider as well as Mike and Ari Kourkoris.
The '50s-style casual restaurant, located at 10 N. Swinton Ave., serves a medley of dishes including burgers, pitas, fries, onion rings, yogurt and shakes.
