Trinity Financial, a mortgage and financial planning firm, leased 4,205 sf and was represented by Ted Wheatley of Staubach Company.
In all three transactions, Tim Lyne, senior managing director, and Joanna Dresser and Bill Crean, directors at the Boston office of Insignia/ESG, represented property owner, Paradigm Carlyle Court St. LLP.
Built in 1912, the 115,000-sf office building recently underwent an extensive renovation, which included the renewal and redecoration of its lobby. Among its other office tenants are HNTB, Citizens Bank, the Foundation for Informed Medical Decision Making, Property Portfolio & Research, the Law Offices of Brett Levy and GEOS New York Corp.
