Trizec Properties sold the 253,000-sf, two-building property to an affiliate of The JBG Cos. for $54.5 million. In Lanham, MD, Goddard Corporate Park sold the two-building, 203,000-sf Goddard Corporate Park to an affiliate of Washington, D.C.-based Douglas Development Co. for $18.3 million.

The largest property was the 496,000-sf New Center One, which Farbman Acquisitions LLC picked up for $17.3 million, or less than $35 per sf. Trizec Properties owned New Center One with General Motors Corp.

"The decision to sell these properties is consistent with our strategy to dispose of assets that are not part of our core portfolio and to take advantage of attractive pricing as market opportunities occur," says COO Casey Wold in a statement.
