Tenants include Fleet Feet, Tokyo Joe's, Qdoba Mexican Grill, Nick & Willy's, Subway, State Farm Insurance, Delectable Egg, Tomorrow's Heirlooms, Ryland Mortgage, and multiple insurance and dental offices. The two-building retail and office property was built in 2000 and is a contemporary design of steel, masonry and EFIS with glass storefronts.

More than 11,000 people work within a one mile radius of it and more than 71,000 cars pass it daily, according to the Grubb & Ellis brokers who handled the deal, Riki Hashimoto and Dan Grooters.

"The strong fundamentals of the property were evident in the significant interest and achieved final pricing level on this investment," Hashimoto says. "The final pricing was approximately $239 per sf, which I believe sets a record for Adams County."
