Seller Farma Partnership LLP, another local group, was represented by attorney Paul Stein, also of Hackensack, while Jersey City attorney Richard Selker handled the legal details for the buyer. Besides the sale price, further details of the transaction were not released.
Built back in the 1930's, the four-story mid-rise asset sits on a 10,000-sf corner site in an area generally considered "upscale." The sale, according to Gerber, marks the first change in the chain of ownership in nearly two decades.
