The 15,000 sf was leased for the short term for storage, Tyndall Yaap of Grubb & Ellis Co.'s Houston office tells GlobeSt.com. He and Thad Hickman, also with G&E in Houston, are marketing the building for owner of record, CCD-Bammell II Ltd. The property's quoted rate is 44 cents per sf.
Yaap and Hickman previously leased other industrial space to another division of Weatherford International. Thus, the longstanding relationship panned out to deliver the first tenant for the Northwest Green Business Park building. John Ferruzzo of the Houston office of NAI Partners Commercial was the tenant's representative for the lease negotiations.
