An On Center contact tells GlobeSt.com that a medium-term direct lease is replacing a sublease signed in July 2000. On Center employs 26 in the Woodlands office building.
The Bank One building is centrally located for the employees and other services, which includes being a bank client, the contact says. Formed in 1988, the firm develops estimating and takeoff software for the construction industry.
The five-story, 94,048-sf Bank One Building is owned by the Woodlands Operating Co. The structure is 58% leased. Devin Hancock, Woodlands' asset manager, handled lease negotiations for the building owner while John Beach in the Houston office of Dallas-based Jackson & Cooksey represented the tenant.
