The eight-story mixed-use building is located in the city's Downtown Crossing district, directly across the street from Boston Commons. The first floor of the building consists of retail space, while floors two through four are used for office space. Floors five through eight are leased and house students Suffolk University.

Butler acknowledges that the current office leasing environment is "tough" making financing a tricky situation. But he says that Salomon was able to "step up and structure a deal that worked for both sides. Salomon did an exceptional job in dealing with the complexities of this transaction."
