Tickelopes Inc., a designer and manufacturer of greeting cards, signed a short-term lease for 2912 W. Pafford St., a 500,000-sf, multi-building property that's gradually being filled by an eclectic tenant mix with a penchant for the arts, Dick Myers of Dallas-based Trammell Crow Co.'s Fort Worth office, tells GlobeSt.com. Parent Media Gardens Inc. signed on the dotted line for the property located a half mile from the Texas Christian University campus.

The firm is relocating from about 2,000 sf of office space in the Neil P. Anderson Building along West 7th Street in Fort Worth and 2,500 sf of industrial space in Arlington, according to Myers, the lone broker on the deal. He says Tickelopes needed the extra space to accommodate a new contract from Minneapolis-based Target Corp.
