Further north in Lake County, Maesel and Stepan recently brokered a $3.1-million sale of The Grand Plaza retail center at 2401 W. Grand Ave. in Waukegan. Payless Shoe Source and Greyhound Lines are among the tenants at the 53,000-sf retail center.
