The largest deal was Durango Produce's acquisition of a 34,425-sf building on 1.75 acres at 2501 S. Damen Ave. from SVE Corp. for $2.5 million. The buyer is moving from the South Water Market and wanted to be near the new International Produce Market. SVE recently bought 8.8 acres, and the sale to Durango Produce helps recoup its costs.

Service Sheet Metal Works, Inc. bought a 19,000-sf building at 6933 W. 52nd St. from a Boca Raton, FL-based seller for $650,000 in a deal financed by a loan from Republic Bank. Kent Sandstedt of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller.

A 10,625-sf building at 2108 S. California Ave. was acquired by Hadi Taleafard to expand auto glass replacement operations now at 808 S. Western Ave.
