TriStar, whose services include e-commerce, database management, in-bound telemarketing, premium fulfillment and printing, plans to move into the three-building, 238,000-sf Pedricktown Commons within the next month, according to Montagano. No further details of the transaction were released.
In Burlington, NJ, meanwhile, Montagano represented tenant Key Impact Sales Systems in the signing of a long-term lease for 17,000 sf of office space at 95 Connecticut Dr., Buildings A&B, Crossroads Business Center. Property owner The Dolan Group was represented in-house.
Key Impact will move into its new space later this month from its existing location in Westampton, NJ. The company is a leading food and snacks distributor on the East Coast.
