The seller, TBI Holdings LLC, was represented by CB Richard Ellis, with the firm's Lou Belfer, Scott Belfer, Mindy Lissner, Joseph Nitti and Terry Armstrong handling the transaction. No further details of the sale were released.
"The property offered the Jaken Co. both an investment opportunity and a good location to house its business," according to CBRE's Lou Belfer. The building is located on I-287 just off Exit 10 of the New Jersey Turnpike.
