The gated apartment community, called Cypress Legends, will be part of the 706-acre development The Forum. The apartment buildings will be built on 20.75 acres that includes a 5.2-acre lake.

Construction will begin as soon as financing is arranged, Edward B. Docherty of Carlton Advisory Services tells GlobeSt.com.

The apartment community will consist of 16 two- and three-story buildings, built from poured-in-place concrete with a stucco finish and red tile roofs. Units will feature screened lanais and sunrooms. Amenities will include an executive boardroom, a business center and a fitness center, among others.

Chris Briscoe, Aram Pehlivanian and Jason Cohen, all Carlton loan officers, will assist Howard L. Michaels, chairman of Carlton Advisory Services, in procuring the construction financing.

Michael J. Campbell, Steven Fenster and Bryant D. Bernhardt, Carlton equity professionals, will assist Michaels in procuring the preferred equity placement.
