ITA, a seven-year-old company, will spend $8.5 million to launch its first American entertainment venture in the new space. The precise terms of ITA's lease agreement with Cordish has not been disclosed.

Approximately 25 office employees will work in the building once the project is up and running. The entertainment attraction will be called PassPort: Voyages of Discovery, and will feature two visual offerings. One cinematic experience will take viewers on a trip through the history of America, and the other will provide the audience with a virtual diving tour of the Chesapeake Bay. The entertainment locale is scheduled to open to visitors in early June.
