The bank is set to open in 5,078 sf of space on the first floor of the 7000 E. Shea Blvd. site in June once renovations are completed, Shelby Tworek, with NAI Horizon, Phoenix, tells GlobeSt.com. It will be the second Scottsdale location for the firm, and one of four banks the firm will open in the Valley this year.
Another Ironstone Bank will open at the northeast corner of Scottsdale and Indian Bend Roads in Scottsdale this week, Tworek says. The privately held financial institution with 360 locations, primarily on the East Coast, also plans to build a third location at Northsight Blvd. and Raintree Road in Scottsdale with a fourth site under contract in Fountain Hills, he adds.
Tworek and Chris Gerow, also with NAI Horizon, negotiated the deal for Atlantic States Bank. The building owner, Scottsdale Promenade Inc., was represented by Bob Pearlstein with CB Richard Ellis' Phoenix office.
