The four-story, 68,210-sf suburban office building is located near the intersection of Texas Highway 249 and FM 1960 West in the Willowbrook Mall area in Houston's northwest submarket. Space in the 95%-occupied structure is quoted at $17.50 per sf.
Wanda Wilson and Marci Phillips, a team for PM Realty Group in Houston, represented the building owner. The tenant roster includes Keller Williams Realty and the Worksource-Northwest.
