Max returns to Captec where he previously held the position of CIO forCaptec Net Lease Realty, Inc. In this position he was responsible for theretail acquisition and development joint venture programs throughout the U.S.
Max brings over 20 years of real estate experience to the Realty Capitaldivision, the majority of which has been in the development and net leasearenas. Max has participated in the acquisition, development and financingof over $5 billion in commercial real estate transactions throughout hiscareer. These acquisitions have included office, industrial, multi-family, singleand multi-tenant retail.
Since 1990, Captec and/or its principals have been involved in theacquisition, financing or sale of shopping centers, restaurants, retail and multi-family properties in excess of $2 billion.
The company merged with Commercial Net Lease Realty Inc. of Orlando, FL inDecember 2001.
