"The facility offers prospective users the combination of first-generation space, state-of-the-art amenities and a good location," according to Marc Petrella, vice president of leasing for the West Conshohocken, PA-based Keystone Property Trust. The new facility is currently being marketed for either single- or multi-tenant use, according to Petrella.

Located on a 75-acre site in the southeast quadrant of the Turnpike's Exit 8A interchange, the facility is also expandable to somewhere in the vicinity of one million sf. The Turnpike's Exit 8A interchange, of course, has been a hotbed of industrial development in recent years, particularly in the big-box sector. Primed for immediate occupancy, Keystone's latest facility features 36-foot clear ceilings and 48 tailgates.

For its part, Keystone's current portfolio totals 120 properties aggregating more than 27 million sf, according to Petrella. Most of that portfolio is situated in the Eastern US.
