The 20,000 sf of deals brings occupancy at the property just west of the I-55 and Route 53 interchange to 96%. Although terms were not released, published asking net rates at Creekside Corporate Center start at $14 per sf.

Detroit-based DTE Energy has leased 4,400 sf in the same building for its Chicago sales office. Also at 440 Quadrangle Dr., First American Title Co. took 2,200 sf.

Gemcor is relocating from Chicago to 3,030 sf at 400 Quadrangle Dr. H.W. Lochner, a civil engineering firm, also relocates from Chicago to 1,300 sf in the same building.
