Among its anchor tenants are Target, which leases 126,000 sf; Home Goods, which leases 34,416 sf; TJ Maxx, which leases 30,650 sf; Best Buy, which leases 31,050 sf; and, Kohl's, which leases 86,584 sf.
The center is situated on Route 6 right near Route 195 and shares an access road with Wal-Mart and Showcase Cinemas. This highly-traveled thoroughfare is home to various other retailers including Sam's Club, Stop & Shop, Sports Authority, Bob's Stores and Pier 1 Imports.
