John Arthurs and Bob Pagano of G&E's Industrial Group represented both the owner and the tenant in this transaction.The company also announced the lease of 42,120 sf of industrial space in Madison Heights to WideOpenWest Michigan LLC, a subsidiary of WideOpenWest of Castle Rock, CO.
The Madison Heights property is owned by Liberty Property LimitedPartnership, a subsidiary of Liberty Property Trust of Philadelphia. The property was chosen because of its general proximity to I-75 and I-696. The tenant is expected to take occupancy in May 2003.
