The current tenant, publishing company Northstar Travel Media, was formerly known as Cahners Travel, a division of Reed Elsiveer. Northstar is dumping the space in the wake of a streamlining precipitated by the company's recent acquisition by Boston Ventures.
Handling the assignment for GVA Williams are Lee Kosmac, senior vice president of corporate accounts, and Robert Eisenberg, first vice president. Among other things, the space offers an open-landscape layout with a raised floor and fiber optics.
"This office space represents one of the largest blocks of available class A space in the Meadowlands marketplace," Kosmac explains. "We expect to tap into local and regional demand from prospective tenants looking for office, back office and data center space."
