Mary Sullivan, a CB Richard Ellis VP, received the association's deal of the year award for a five-property, $200 million transaction on behalf of TGS North American REIT of Canada. Two of the five were outlet shopping centers in Colorado - accounting for $96 million, almost half of the total value. TGS Properties North American Real Estate Investment Trust of Calgary, Alberta, bought the Prime Outlet Centers in Castle Rock and Loveland. The other properties TGS bought were office buildings in suburban Dallas and Houston.

Other Heavy Hitters:

Apartments - Doug Andrews and Jeff Hawks of Apartment Realty.

Advisors- Frederick Ross completed nine deals for $218 million. They also won in 2001.

Office - Barry Dorfman of the Staubach Co. completed 82 leases for $123.6 million, winning the category for the second consecutive year.

Industrial - Jim Bolt of CB Richard Ellis completed 56 deals for $25.5 million, winning the award for the third consecutive year.

Small Office - Mark Schwartz of Western Centers Inc. completed 105 leases for $20.3 million.

Land - Steward Mosko of Fuller and Co. won for the second consecutive year, selling seven parcels of land for $18 million.

Retail - Jonathan E. Weisiger of Trammell Crow completed 88 deals for $14 million. He also was the retail Heavy Hitter in 2001.
