As part of the deal, Brixton is to construct an additional mezzanine floor of 3,229 sf which will be rentalised at £6.35 ($10) per sf, bringing the total rent to £108,000 ($170,000) per annum. The tenant will pay half rental for the first year of the term, and the deal is subject to planning for the extra works requested by the tenant.
A total of 39,000 sf remains available in 4 units in Phase 2 through Brixton's letting agents VSL & Partners and Jones Lang LaSalle.
