Rob Socci of Voit's Anaheim Metro office tells GlobeSt.com that the new owner-user is moving to the facility soon from leased space in Yorba Linda, where its lease is due to expire at approximately the same time it moves into the new building. Socci and Brian Corrigan, also of Voit's Anaheim Metro office, represented the seller. Steve Betty of Dallas-based Staubach Co.'s Newport Beach office negotiated for the buyer.
The new Duex facility is a single-story, concrete tilt-up building that was completed last year and was developed by the seller. It is one of many projects that developers have built in Orange County in the past several years to meet the continuing demand for industrial buildings for purchase by owner-users.
