Petrucci's space is currently raw, according to the company's Robert C. Kossar, and can be built-to-suit for life sciences companies, including turn-key lab fit-out.

"With the biotech/pharmaceutical industry continuing to expand in the Somerset County region, we are experiencing strong interest at the facility," Kossar says.
