Anthony Fritsche relocated from the Dallas office for a promotion to senior vice president of corporate advisory services. Thomas Brennan was hired from Allied Properties to a new position as vice president of investment sales for multifamily properties.
Fritsche, who was a vice president corporate advisory services in Dallas, is co-managing the group with Brandi Gawlikowski, also a senior vice president. Fritsche tells GlobeSt.com that the move was made to assist with the brisk business that's been built up, but also to court new clients.
The corporate services team includes two more brokers and two marketing and research professionals. Fritsche says the plan is to add more team members as the business grows.Fritsche says the broad-based platform of services and strategy are the same as before he arrived although he has added some new energy and resources. Clients include Ernst & Young, Vinson & Elkins, American Express and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young.
Brennan, as vice president of investment sales for the Texas region, is responsible for expanding the firm's multifamily investment sales practice. The 20-year veteran has handled clients such as Nationwide Insurance, SSR Realty Advisors, R&B Realty Group, Alliance Residential and the REITs, Camden Property Trust and Gables Residential Trust.
Brennan is working with director Rusty Tamlyn and Ralph Tullier. As business grows, that team too will get some new names.
"Tommy's track record, stellar reputation in the industry and knowledge of all the players will establish us as a force in this part of the commercial real estate industry," Tamlyn said in a press release. "This will allow us to expand our brokerage services to our existing client base, many of whom own or want to own multifamily in the major Texas markets.
