Before the month ends, Denver-based Echo Geophysical will move into a 4,969-sf office at 15995 N. Barker's Landing at the tip of the Energy Corridor submarket. Dan Boyles Jr. and Rob Banzhaf, both with NAI Partners Commercial's Houston office, represented the building owner, TPLP Office Park Properties, in the transaction.

The 130,822-sf, class B building is more than 95% leased, Banzhaf tells GlobeSt.com. He says the firm of exploration geophysicists will relocate from 1990 Post Oak in the Galleria area.

Banzhaf says Echo Geophysical liked building because of its park-like setting and location. Echo Geophyscial was represented by Ted Brakatselos of Houston Site Acquisitions in the talks for the medium-term lease.

In the far southeast submarket, Corrigan Consulting Inc., a Houston-based environmental firm, took 7,010 sf at 12000 Aerospace Ave. near the Johnson Space Center. The firm signed a long-term lease in the 79,000-sf building.

Boyles represented the building owner, Rosche Aerospace LLC in the transaction. Drew Lewis, also in the Houston office office of NAI Partners Commercial, negotiated for the tenant, who is moving from an office in nearby Seabrook.
