Chris Migliori of the Anaheim office of Daum Commercial Real Estate Services reports that Kindness paid just over $1 million for the property located at 12891 Nelson St. Migliori and Paul Gingrich, also in Daum's Anaheim office, represented both the buyer and the seller, the Ohshita Family Trust of Capistrano Beach.
Kindness, an industrial general contracting company founded in 2000, has scheduled a June occupancy of the headquarters, outfitted with a full-service construction yard. A company spokeswoman says the construction firm plans to totally refurbish and enclose the site, which includes extensive fenced parking and storage space. She adds that a 1,250-sf structure will be added. The existing 4,500-sf building includes 1,500 sf of office space. About 20 people will be employed at the site.
